Shipment and Delivery

When proceeding to your order you will have to choose your delivery method, fast or standard. We will then send you an e-mail after the shipping of your package, from Monday to Friday, with a link allowing you to track its delivery on the Coliposte or Chronopost websites. Your package will be handed to you after signature. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notice will be deposited in your mailbox, indicating the post office your parcel is. You will need this notice and an ID in order to collect your package.

With Colissimo or Chronopost you have the choice of a delivery against signature or in a relay point.

Zone 4 : Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Spain, Portugal

Zone 5 : USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Hong-Kong, 
Singapour, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Russia

Zone 6 : America (except USA and Canada), Oceania (except Australia)

The prices of the products for Dom-Tom, Switzerland and the rest of the world are shown Duty Free. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes are likely to be due. These fees and sums will be at your own expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities. We are not required to verify and inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities as your parcel may be subject to customs’ inspection.
